I am going to finish off some print orders tonight, namely some paper bags, plastic tags and start on a CD order, I want to cast some knitting needles for a friend and start on the crochet hook handles I have promised Span and Jezz Smiley

So I'm quite busy- what are you up to craft-wise today? Pictures as ever can be posted on Flickr here: http://www.flickr.com/groups/thethursdaynightproject/

I'm waiting for the kiln to finish in about an hour, then refill with another batch of glass.  But will have to cut the glass to size and shape first, which will take today.

Not terribly exciting today.

I've just finished a custom Sock Monkey for my boyfriend's Nephew and am now attempting a really tiny sock rabbit, which I will probably send to my mum if it works (she seems to like things in miniature!). I'm also working on a knitted thing for Kerry, so I'll probably work on that today too!

I'll be working on Vonnie's challenge.
1. Take before picture
2. Try and sketch some ideas for a change before I get carried away with drills.
3. Smuggle jigsaw into the new flat although I think considering the amount of hacking/sawing/drilling the OH has been doing, without all the safety equipment and proper vices etc that he's always lecturing me on, then I can do what I like now.

I'd love to see some pics when they're finished  Grin

Unfortunately, I'm not doing anything anything quite so exciting sounding as you guys . . I gotta do work work! . . sorting out the aftermath of year end!  Angry . . but I'll be popping in and out to see whats happening during the evening Cheesy . . it relieves the boredom!!

I've just successfully wedged my coffee table into the under-stair cupboard to reassign my craft space to there. Now I have to deal with the aftermath tha is various toys and crayons lying under where the coffee table was!

I'm going to be attempting to master the buttonhole setting on my sewing machine. If I don't manage it, I'm going to use resin snaps on this jacket I've been making for Erica and it just won't be the same Sad

I have now finished the necklace and earrings. I am really pleased with how they came out and will take a photo in the light tomorrow. I worked SO hard on this project as I wasnt it to be a final set for my course. It looks quite boho/sixties.

I'm working on the cuff of a pair of fingerless gloves that I'm test knitting - it's a braided cuff, knitted sideways with a provisional cast on and then grafted together, so it needs a bit of concentration.

Erm, concentration and a dictionary for us non-knitters  Grin

Izabela I don't know what it's going to be but it is very pretty already!

I've been in a real funk most of the day and got very little done. But this evening a lovely customer bought 7 sets of my buttons  Shocked and placed a custom order for some more so I'm feeling a bit better now!! Grin
