General Crafts Forum / Hi, I am back!

I lost my mojo for a while and then started a job. I got very depressed for a while and, although still beading, didn't do anything about posting or selling, other than on FB. I have now set up the basics of an Etsy shop as I was not selling anything on Folksy. I just can't seem to go ahead and stock it! I also need a decent banner as I don't want to look unprofessional. Photographs of my items also could do with improvement.

Lots to do! How are all of you?

I don't know if any of you know that I am a WW Leader? Well, I discovered recently that one of my members makes lampwork beads. I now have one of her amazing necklaces in greens and purple. Anyway, I am going round to hers tomorrow evening, where, with two other jewellery crafters, we are going to have a 'show and tell' session about each of our different crafts. She is going to do a demonstration on lampwork bead making, which is something I would love to try, but can't afford (in time AND money!) to start. So, now I have a supplier and she has agreed to sell beads to me individually, whereas she normally sells them made up into necklaces.

WW leads to so many interesting people!

Good news travels fast! / Just to let you know...

Sorry I haven't been around much but I have not done much crafting. I wanted to let you all know that I am in the Feb issue of 'Bead' magazine, and I am also scheduled to be in the March one.

I am very excited, as I will have been in it three times. I have two other patterns to write up and submit but need to actually make some time to do them! You know how it is!
