Crafteroo Central / Re: Button swap?« on: 23 Aug 2011 10:44 »I'd just like to say that it's not my intention to make anyone feel bad, despite the fact that I now feel like an absolute cow for mentioning anything. Well YOU should not feel bad at all. The items you sent were absolutely lovely and the time and effort you made for it to get nothing back and not even the common decency of an email to say they will late.... etc It's busy for everyone...that's life and if you are not committed then you should not take part in swaps! Just my opinion! 11

I have been working constantly and I am finding it really hard to do fun stuff with the kids. They are 14 boy and girl 12 and both want to do completely different things, so planning a day out is really hard. Plus I can't really take a day off in the week.
Their Dad seems to end up having them most weekends too. I wish my lad would go out with his friends more! Girl has done well filling her time, she did a course at John Moore University - Be a designer and really enjoyed it! Hoping everyone has good rest of summer Hols and hope your wedding goes well Fraggie!! 12

I am another social services case...Tend to lose track of time, get annoyed at the fact that I have to stop what i am doing to FEED the kids...No space in the Kitchen for them to cook themselves something!
Craft bits all over the house, though have now stopped using my son's room as an overflow storage space ![]() Daughter loves to have a go at bits, so she uses some of stuff too. Cupboards are generally bear as I rarely go shopping! My name is Rachel and I am a crafterholic! 14
Crafts Business Forum / Re: Self Employed Staff« on: 14 Aug 2011 10:15 »
The best thing to do is give the tax office a ring as they are extremely helpful.
I would not worry about your employment as the others have said, this would be separate income. The tax office people can help put you on the right track track and may even provide a local course on how to go about your bookkeeping etc! Good luck 15
