Wow, that is wonderful! How are you ever going to make money for your time on it? It must have taken you ages.

thank you for the kind comments as for the fair im just going to ride it out, the organisers are lovely and ironically ive been trying for a couple years to get a spot lol

I have no idea how im going to price it. It took about 6-7 hrs solid work so even based on say £5 ph it would be at least £30/5. I dont think people will pay that lol  :o ;D

It's the same with beaded jewellery - that is what made me wonder. I am making a bracelet for £20. The beads etc would be around £5 and it takes about 6 hours to do. Crazy!

I'd price it up as that TBH and then you could have smaller cheaper things that take less time or if someone (hopefully!) wants a few things you could do them a small discount that won't hurt you too much.

Especially if something as basic as this is over £30!

The closest thing to yours I've found is this at £50- and even then it's not got as many stitches in it

pennydog thank you, that was a real eye opener.  :o I think im going to try for the big prices (well a more realistic price based on the work I put in), as you say I can mix it with lower end items for all budgets - its that saying, if its cheap people will prolly think it is!
