Issue 3 - Mystery Package Challenge
« on: 3 Jan 2012 13:17 »
Hey folks :D
We were all so impressed with the first mystery package challenge in issue 2, that for sure that if we can get just as much interest from some of you all this time round to participate ... then let's do it again!

ISSUE 3 - CRAFTER...OO! MYSTERY PACKAGE CHALLENGE

You up for it? Here are the details ... please read through before you sign up.

  • Participants will receive an identical package of crafty goodies, complete also with a mini questionnaire
  • Participants must complete the challenge within the dedicated time frame*
  • Participants must be able to take decent in focus photos of their completed creations that are fit for publication in the magazine
  • Participants can blog about what they receive and what it's all about (crafteroo marketing ;) )
  • Particpants can blog WIP pieces as a tease, as long as they do not give too much away about their finished piece
  • Participants may not post pictures anywhere on the web of the final piece until issue 3 hits the shelves. It would be nice if there are no spoilers, and that the pictures of the creations make their official debut in the mag ;D :police:

* If a participant cannot reach the deadline, promises to inform me (quartz) asap. I can then arrange for a replacement participant if there's enough time.

TIMELINE
  • SIGN UP: By 11th January
  • RANDOM.ORG PARTICIPANT DRAW: 12th/13th January
  • MYSTERY PACKAGE POST/RECEIVE: approx latest 24th January
  • CREATION DEADLINE WITH PHOTOS: 2nd March

Since we have for a 3 page spread in the mag, space is limited and I suggest an ideal group size of 6-9 people. If more people sign up, then a random.org draw will be done to fairly choose who the partipants will be.

Sign up in on this thread, names below please peeps! :-*
also if you have any questions, ask away.
