Oooh I'm glad that there's a thread for this ... there's so much I wanna do craft wise - I don't think i'll be able to hit *everything* but I'm gonna aim high!

♦ Go on a  Stained Glass course and get a starter kit
♦ Save up and buy a sewing machine, and to go on a refresher course
♦ One blog post per week minimum on SmittenKitten (!!!)
♦ One SmittenKitten tutorial per month minimum
♦ One blog post per week minimum on CraftPimp (!!!)
♦ Participate at least 1 tutorial and/or 1 feature for the crafteroo quarterly emags
♦ Crafteroo Pinterest Challenge, one per month minimum

Nah you can do that :D

Just applied to go on an adults dressmaking course starting at the end of the month as with all of the house maintenance I can't afford the 3 day luxury one I had my eye on, so fingers crossed I get on that... will be one step closer to the underwear course.

I've also got a lot of MY quilt top done, I will be quilting different patterns on each block though so it might take a bit of time, but the canvas is nearly finished :D

As a new crafter I have simple targets for 2012, and wrote a little list on my blog to remind me throughout the year and hopefully cross them off as I go.

http://florandpaws.blogspot.com/

I am also trying to learn new things every week. This week I learnt how to do blanket stitch and how to make a buttonhole on my sewing machine.  I have also just discovered subversive cross stitch, and shall have to give it a go, as it looks fun and good therapy!

My biggest hurdle is making the time to craft, as I work full time. But I am determined to try, as I find so much joy (and some frustration!) in sitting down and creating something from scratch.

Been thinking and I'm going craft neutral this year - who's with me? I have a ton of projects to finish, more patterns than I could do in my lifetime and absolutely no money.

Nah it's easy- I work 40 hours a week, run a part time chocolate business, crochet, make quilts, play Professor Layton and put together the Crafteroo magazine and still have time to cook and clean the house every so often  :P

I'd love to, but we're in the final hurdles of finishing the construction of my craft room and I will probably want to splurge once that's done... plus I've already bought some bits and pieces this year

Main target for this year is to increase profit by a third.

Main focus will be the new Vintage Boutique - it's all hail Britannia this year!
