  Totally showing my ignorance & how behind the times I am (lol) i'd never heard of 'Pinterest'!!!  So I have just been looking at some of your boards, they are brilliant, so I have applied & will be re visiting your boards to collect some of your ideas & attach some of my own.  I have saved various tutorials etc over the years & then when I have wanted to try some of the ideas I can never find where I have 'saved' them 
So I would just like to say a big 'Thank you' to you all for introducing me to what I can see as being a very addictive pastime

I don't want to trash the topic but there is a site called craftgawker which is almost like Pinterest with only the crafty stuff up there in case anyone didn't know yet. I discovered it about a month ago - just a bit later then I did Pinterest.

True, however Craftgawker are a bit more particular about what they post up (it can't be a shop link for example, and there's no guarantee what you click will be a tute)- I used to use them about a year or two back but with Pinterest you can mark what you personally like, rather than the selection committee which I think will work better for our personal tastes.

Thank you so much, I am now on there as LindyLouES, so I can now start creating my own 'Pinboards', (this should be interesting, I could soon be back asking for more advice!!)

Well, I was hoping to have an item made from my challenge list, but it didn't work out. I've got another done, but it won't be ready for photos until tomorrow. Meh.

I have started my first project.  It is making t-shirt yarn, and also I am crocheting a rug with it so that might be two projects.
