After 10 hours of work on what is *just* a cushion cover, the badgers are finished!

(the face is a little untidy on this guy as the seam split and I had to darn it)
The pattern is from the Enchanted Forest range by Gail Lawther but I reduced it down on a photocopier by scanning A4 segments and setting it to A5 (it's more than half the size of the original but I'm not good at maths to tell you why this is!) and sticky-taping them together. It is then stitched with different fabrics from the reverse and then the excess cut away from the front. After all the layers are built up, I then sewed cotton tape over the joins (you can use fusible thin bias tape but that was mega expensive and I couldn't justify it). 5m turned out not to be enough but I decided not to do the edges anyway as I needed to border them to make the front of the cushion big enough and used black corduroy for that and the back anyway.
