Hello

I am considering laser eye surgery and would be really pleased to hear from 'real' people who have had it done rather than the testimonials in the literature.

Hmmm...I'd be interested too. A crafters opinion

An ex-colleage had it done and loved it but you have to be very strict about looking after them with the drops and how much sleep you get. As a teacher she didn't really have the time to be using the eye drops and sleep? What's that?! I've only just rediscovered it after quitting!! After 6 months her eyes are no longer ok for driving.

What do you mean after 6 months her eyes are no good for driving?

Did the eyes change again a while after the surgery?

Yep. She couldn't give them the aftercare they needed. I don't know why but if I had to guess I'd say they couldn't heal properly. They deteriated gradually so withing 6months she needed glasses to drive again.

My cousin had this done a good while ago and as far as I know she's not had any problem.
