Every time I make yorkshire batter to have with a roast or sausage toad I save a bit to make Em Banana Yorkie Cakes
the morning after.
It's made with the usual yorkshire batter mix, then Emma just mashes up 1/2 a banana and mixes it to the batter with some raisins. Cook as individual yorkshires for about 20-25 mins on high.
They don't look very impressive, but Em loves them
